Six Fuchs is a disc of six improvisations by a group of six musicians,
featuring Berlin-based reed player Wolfgang Fuchs. Joining him are John Shiurba, Matthew Sperry,
Tim Perkis, Tom Djll, and Gino Robair. Sperry and Robair have recorded
with Tom Waits on the Blood Money and Alice sessions, and with the
addition of Shiurba, have recorded with Anthony Braxton.
The session was recorded on May 16, 2003 by Myles Boisen at Guerrilla Recording, Oakland.
